Ribfest is a fun filled three-day festival that offered something for everyone. It featured a classic rock concert, a rib lovers paradise, and was the perfect family outing. Bands included Atlanta Rhythm Section, Eddie Money and Grand Funk Railroad. It took place Nov. 10-12.

Along with the Bikers Against Child Abuse Motorcycle Show there was a Custom and Classic Car and Truck Show and a X Games Gear Super Freestyle Tour. There was also a children's entertainment area with inflatables for the little ones. And of course the best ribs in the world!

Ribfest is also a charity fund raiser, with net proceeds going to All Children's Hospital, child abuse prevention programs, college scholarships and other children related charities.

The members of the Exchange Club of Northeast St. Petersburg have been volunteering their time for over a decade and have raised over $2 million through the event, all of which goes right back into the St. Petersburg area.

Bikers Against Child Abuse's mission is to create safer environments for abused children.
