3/4 Chopper Project
I am condsidering building a 3/4 size motorcycle (not a mini chopper) for my son with a 50-110cc engine. I will probably build the frame myself, but I haven't yet found a good source for parts, such as the controls, wheels, sheet metal and whatever. Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks,

Final drive belt width when using 140/90 tire
If I use a 3.5" x 16" rim with a 140/90 rear tire on an 99 OEM type softail frame can I still use a 1.5 inch rear pully and belt or will the tire rub the belt? If so,will I have to change both the belt and pulley to a 1.25 width? :confused:

basic wiring for 01 XL Bobber conversion
I chopped and stripped my 01 Sporty and only want to run a Headlight and taillight, and of course the ignition wires. With the excitment, I stripped the bike without remembering what-went-where, can some one help me with a basic, even handdrawn, skematic of what I need to do?
